    Advantia Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide tele-health services as a menopause resource. The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive telemedicine care specializing in menopause management. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to support women transitioning through perimenopause and menopause virtually providing expert guidance, treatment, and empathetic support.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough telehealth consultations for perimenopausal and menopausal patients.
    • Assess symptoms such as vasomotor instability, genitourinary syndrome, mood changes, and sleep disturbances.
    • Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based menopause care plans—including hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, supplementation, lifestyle interventions, and wellness strategies.
    • Prescribe and monitor hormone therapies (e.g., estrogen, progesterone, HRT alternatives) based on current clinical guidelines.
    • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs (e.g., hormone panels, lipid profiles, bone density scans).
    • Provide education and counseling on symptom management, disease prevention, sexual health, and quality-of-life issues.
    • Collaborate with gynecologists, primary care providers, endocrinologists, and other specialists for complex cases.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and use telemedicine platforms to chart, schedule, and communicate with patients.
    • Participate in patient engagement efforts: follow-up outreach, secure messaging, resource referrals, and digital health integrations.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited WHNP program.
    • Valid WHNP or FNP license, and Registered Nurse (RN) license in VA, DC, MD and IL and MO.
    • Active DEA registration.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in women’s health including menopause or gynecology.
    • MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) Certification is preferred.
    • Proven telehealth experience or interest with strong virtual clinical skills.
    • Certification in Women’s Health from AANP or NCC (WHNP‑BC or similar).
    • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Excellent communication, empathy, and digital literacy.
    • Commitment to team-based, patient-centered, technologically enabled care.
