    The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Supply Chain Team:

    The Sr. Program Manager for the oneRTX Supply Chain team will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Executive Director, coordinating and governing all key objectives through the oneRTX Supply Chain Control Tower. This individual will work to amplify the effectiveness and influence of the Executive Director by streamlining communications, providing governance, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence, strategic acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

    What You Will Do:

    • Strategic Governance and Alignment: Oversee and manage the governance framework for the oneRTX Supply Chain Control Tower, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.  
    •  Monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution by collaborating across business units and functions.  
    •  Develop and implement standardized processes, metrics, and reporting to track performance and outcomes.  
    • Executive Support and Amplification: Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Executive Director, providing insights, recommendations, and support on strategic and operational matters.  
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and key communications to support the Executive Director's messaging and influence within RTX and externally.  
    • Represent the Executive Director in meetings, as needed, ensuring alignment of messaging and priorities.  
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders across Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon to facilitate collaboration and drive synergies within the oneRTX Supply Chain organization.  
    • Serve as a conduit for communication between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives.
    • Project Management and Prioritization: Lead and manage special projects on behalf of the Executive Director, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.  
    • Prioritize initiatives to maximize impact and allocate resources effectively.  
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards for tracking progress.  
    • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the oneRTX Supply Chain organization.  
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving initiatives that streamline processes and enhance organizational performance.  

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience 
    • - 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or governance role.  
    • Skilled in managing complex projects and initiatives across diverse, global teams.

    • Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

    • Effective in communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.

    • Experienced in handling high-pressure situations, multitasking, and meeting strict deadlines.

    The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
