We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager, Planning & Fufillment to build the demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL fulfillment infrastructure that will enable us to scale across our sales channels. You will sit at the intersection of Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, Hardware, and our external partners, and you will own initiatives from unearthing data, designing processes, implementing it with partners, and building the dashboards that prove it works.

The ideal candidate has planned physical goods across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels at a growth-stage consumer hardware or CPG company, has personally set up and managed a 3PL relationship, and is comfortable creating structure in areas that do not yet have mature ownership.

    Your day-to-day:
  1. Own Greenlight's hardware demand plan: build and maintain Greenlight’s supply chain forecast, translating marketing spend plans, promotional calendars, POS/sell-through data, and launch timelines into a plan operations can execute on
  2. Lead consensus planning and support inventory allocation decisions with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Ops; maintain baseline, upside, and downside views and escalate risks with a recommendation
  3. Convert the demand plan into a time-phased, BOM-level supply plan
  4. Own Amazon FBA inventory health
  5. Serve as the day-to-day operational owner of our 3PL relationship: kitting/VAS scheduling, inbound receiving coordination for ODM shipments, FBA replenishment execution, retail routing-guide and labeling compliance, and packaging-consumables replenishment.
  6. Define and enforce SLAs and KPIs with our 3PL including VAS scheduling, managing kitting cycle times, FBA ship SLA, inventory accuracy, and receiving SLA. You’ll run a structured weekly/monthly scorecard and review cadence.
  7. Own the item master, BOM, kit SKU configuration, and packaging specifications of Greenlight’s hardware portfolio; ensure BOM changes are reflected in 3PL SOPs before they hit the floor.
  8. Partner with Retail/GTM on new channel onboarding to define fulfillment, labeling, EDI and returns requirements before first ship.
  9. Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the supply chain KPI suite including forecast accuracy, in-stock rate by channel, inventory turns, weeks-of-supply, kit component coverage, 3PL scorecard, returns cycle time
  10. Champion automation of manual workflows
  11. Support Accounting during month-end close by reconciling inventory transactions and explaining variances.
  12. Document the processes you build as SOPs and runbooks so the function scales beyond you.
  13. What you'll bring to the team:
  14. 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics operations for physical consumer products (consumer electronics, wearables, CPG, or similar), in a growth-stage or fast-paced environment
  15. Hands-on demand planning experience: you have owned a SKU-level forecast across at least two of D2C, Amazon/marketplace, and retail, and understand sell-in vs. sell-through, promotional lift, and weeks-of-supply.
  16. Working knowledge of MRP/BOM-based supply planning: reorder points, safety stock, lead-time offsetting, kit/bundle SKUs
  17. Direct experience managing the day-to-day of a 3PLincluding warehouse management system configurations, kitting/VAS, FBA prep and inbound, SLA and scorecard governance
  18. Experience managing retail EDI workflows, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and inventory feeds; familiarity with common transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846.
  19. Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with large, imperfect data sets from multiple systems
  20. Process-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of driving change through processes that scale
  21. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize supply and demand trade-offs into clear recommendations for GTM, Finance, and leadership; ability to influence external partners without formal authority.
  22. Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
  23. Preferred Experience:
  24. Hands-on Amazon FBA/FBM operations experience, retail vendor-compliance experience, and familiarity with S&OP or consensus demand planning.
  25. Work perks at Greenlight:
  26. Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match
  27. Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits
  28. Traditional 401k with company match and Roth IRA
  29. Unlimited PTO
  30. Paid company holidays and pop-up bonus holidays
  31. Professional development stipend
  32. Mental health resources
  33. 1:1 financial planners
  34. Fertility healthcare
  35. 100% paid parental and caregiving leave, plus cleaning service and meals during your leave
  36. Flexible WFH, both remote and in-office opportunities
  37. Fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in-office happy hours
  38. Employee resource groups
  39. Our stance on salaries:

    Who we are:
It takes a talented team to aim for a mission like ours. We're looking for people who ask "is it bold enough?" People who bring their real selves to the table and push the people around them to do the same. We win by never hesitating to jump in, offer a hand, or share the credit, because we know we're stronger together than apart. And through all of it, the mission stays the thing we measure ourselves against: are we doing right by the families counting on us? If that sounds like your kind of team, we'd love for you to apply.
