The Director, Enterprise Cloud Solutions (ECS) Products, will provide executive leadership for CACI IDT’s ECS products portfolio and product organization. This role oversees the ECS products team across engineering, sales, marketing, strategy, and leadership, and serves as the external face of ECS products to customers, partners, and the broader market. Responsible for shaping ECS product technical direction, evangelizing capabilities across CACI, and driving measurable growth through disciplined execution of P&L, pipeline development, and customer outcomes.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the ECS products portfolio, ensuring alignment across product management, engineering delivery, go-to-market motions, and customer success.
    • Serve as the external spokesperson and technical evangelist for ECS products, including speaking at conferences, leading customer briefings, and clearly communicating technical concepts, integrations, and differentiated capabilities.
    • Interface directly with key customers to advance ECS products, solutions, and services, translating mission needs into product roadmap priorities, adoption plans, and measurable value delivered.
    • Act as the “tip of the spear” to advocate for ECS products across CACI business units, including Business Development, other Lines of Business, and corporate stakeholders, driving internal alignment, reuse, and cross-portfolio adoption.
    • Own the ECS products market strategy and competitive positioning, continuously assessing trends, risks, opportunities, and partner ecosystems to guide product direction and investment decisions.
    • Run the ECS products P&L, including forecasting, pipeline management, labor and non-labor cost control, risk/opportunity tracking, and quarterly performance reporting to senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
    • Serve as the accountable party for growing the ECS products pipeline, coordinating capture and BD efforts, leading negotiations with key customers, resolving business conflicts, and acting as the decision maker on deals and trade-offs.
    • Establish and maintain operating rhythms for the ECS products organization, including metrics-driven governance, cross-functional execution, and proactive issue escalation to prevent impacts to delivery, quality, or customer satisfaction.
    • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing product leadership team, providing day-to-day structure, coaching, and professional development for senior product leaders and their teams.
    • Establish and communicate multi-year product business goals, including revenue targets, market expansion priorities, and investment strategy, and translate those goals into actionable product and GTM plans.
    • Help build and ultimately own the ECS product roadmap across near-term delivery and long-range strategy, ensuring alignment to customer needs, market demand, and CACI business objectives.

    Qualifications:
    Required:

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience leading technology products, solutions, or portfolios within Federal, National Security, Defense, and/or commercial markets, including responsibility for growth and operational execution

    • Familiarity with DoD and IC enterprise cloud patterns and constraints (IL5/IL6 hosting, cross-domain considerations, Zero Trust, ICAM)
    • Working knowledge of key compliance and accreditation frameworks (NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG)
    • Experience navigating Government mission customer stakeholder environments and acquisition pathways – including Public Sector contractual landscapes
    • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary product organizations spanning engineering, product management, sales, and marketing
