Job Overview
The Business Operations and Learning & Development team resides within the Portfolio Strategy & Operations (PSO) organization. PSO is the engine driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and continuous improvement at the company. We ensure alignment with our most critical objectives, enabling the organization to deliver best-in-class products.
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be integral to fostering a culture of continuous growth. You will design, deliver, and measure innovative professional development programs that empower our teams to reach their full potential while supporting vital business operations and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Delivery: Create and facilitate innovative leadership and professional development programs using diverse methodologies, including AI-powered tools and digital learning solutions.
P&E Learning & Development: Support the People Empowerment Program (PEP) for Product & Engineering, create meeting/event invitations, surveys, newsletters, data collection/reporting/analysis.
Operational Support: Manage end-to-end program logistics for large scale virtual / hybrid events, engagement metrics, and stakeholder communications.
Platform Management: Oversee LMS management (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Google Cloud Skills Boost, Workday) ensuring adoption and high-quality content delivery.
Data-Driven Insights: Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness including dashboard reviews and data visualization, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders globally to align talent development with broader organizational goals.
Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners to deliver customized, high-impact training solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: 4-year degree (or equivalent work experience); Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years of related experience in L&D / Organizational Development / Talent Management.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in LMS Management (Workday, LinkedIn Learning) and digital adoption tools.
Soft Skills: Strong organization skills, workshop facilitation and the ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to solve moderate-to-complex problems.
Global mindset: Ability to support partners across various time zones in a remote/hybrid environment.
Additional Skills:
Experience in Program Management or Business Operations.
Background in Technical Training (coding bootcamps, engineering certifications).
Experience managing Change Management or process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise; photo and video-editing software is an asset
Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Minimum 5 years general business experience, Human Resources a plus
Strong HR and/or Customer Service experience
Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership
Solid hands-on experience working with HR tools and/or Workday
Experience training/facilitating
Communications experience
Strong personal communications skills; ability to interact with and influence people at all levels
Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal handholding
