Staff Engineer

Job Duties:

Offering technical support for end-users and application developers of a managed Kubernetes cluster solution deployed at the edge

Troubleshooting for complex infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance issues in cloud environments

Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security Incident logging, monitoring and resolution, Knowledge Base Augmentation, Status Reporting Maintain cloud-native infrastructure and platform services to support enterprise applications Maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and related technologies

Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation tools Use GitOps practices using FluxCD, Helm, and Kubernetes for infrastructure and application lifecycle management Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain and upgrade scalable cloud-native solutions.

Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.

Expertise / Technology Areas: Problem Solving - Strong analytical skills to address complex issues in scalable and resilient ways, particularly in cloud-native environments.

Kubernetes & Container Orchestration High proficiency in English Docker & Container Technologies

Cloud Computing (AWS or AliCloud) - including services like compute, networking, and security configurations (e.g., VPC, security groups).

Helm & Kustomize Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) GitOps (FluxCD) CI/CD Automation Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Thanos) Python & Bash Scripting Monitoring, Logging & Distributed Tracing DevOps & Platform Engineering
