    The Opportunity That Awaits You:
    The Manger, Program Launch Success (LPM) leads the coordinated planning, execution, and tracking of new Aquablation Therapy program launches across U.S. hospitals and ASCs. This role acts as the central project manager and cross-functional integrator, ensuring all launch activities — clinical, operational, and commercial — are executed efficiently through the local field organization. Each LPM manages 12–15 launches per quarter, tracking metrics tied to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity.
    What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
  1. Lead planning and coordination of 12–15 Aquablation program launches per quarter.
  2. Project manages launches to meet or exceed KPI targets.
  3. Lead the cross-functional communication and problem-solving efforts.
  4. Launch planning and execution alignment with CAP and UTL leadership teams.
  5. Develop detailed launch workplans and readiness trackers aligned with RSR/ASR priorities.
  6. Coordinate all field activity through the RSR and ASR to ensure unified customer communication.
  7. Manage launch readiness across capital delivery, clinical education, reimbursement setup, and scheduling readiness.
  8. Conduct structured Launch Readiness Reviews and post-launch evaluations.
  9. Track and report KPI progress with commercial operations and regional teams.
  10. Identify risks, delays, or resourcing gaps early and escalate cross-functionally.
  11. Develop and refine launch templates, playbooks, and dashboards to standardize excellence.

  17. The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
  18. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  19. 8+ years in project or program management within healthcare or MedTech.
  20. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  21. Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  22. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  23. Willingness to travel up to 60%.
