The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an AI Project Manager – Enterprise AI Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Deliver the integrated AI execution plan (timeline, milestones, budget, resourcing) across workstreams such as data readiness, model development, MLOps, integration, testing, and change management.
Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery coordination across COE product teams, data engineering, platform teams, app teams, IAM/security, legal/risk, and vendors to maintain momentum.
Maintain agile project management practices, ensuring consistent sprint planning, backlog tracking, and milestone reporting.
Own delivery governance and reporting cadence including RAID management, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and steering committee materials aligned to enterprise standards.
Identify, track, and mitigate AI-specific risks (data access/quality, labeling constraints, model drift, infra capacity, security approvals, regulatory controls) and drive timely escalation.
Coordinate operational readiness and cutover including training/enablement, support model, monitoring/incident processes, handoffs to operations, and postlaunch stabilization.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job related experience or High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of the same job-related experience
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
5+ years of experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment
Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience leading sprint planning and backlog tracking
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent AI initiatives
Experience working with AI/ML teams and translating technical progress into business outcomes
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks
Background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries
Experience scaling delivery practices across hub-and-spoke or federated operating models
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or agile delivery (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist)
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
