    • Demonstrate advanced expertise in Microsoft Project, including Professional and Project Online/Server.

    • Develop complex custom fields, formulas, graphical indicators, filters, groups, and outline codes.

    • Manage multi-project environments, including linking multiple schedules and maintaining master project structures.

    • Build sophisticated custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations within MSP or via integration with Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI.

    • Troubleshoot MSP performance problems, data integrity issues, and file corruption.

    • Implement MSP best practices for schedule structure, logic, and maintenance.

    • Export/import MSP data and build macros or scripts (e.g., VBA) to automate processes or integrate with external systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps).

    • Develop schedules for system integration efforts, including data migration, API development, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and deployment.

    • Support scheduling for infrastructure rollouts, software releases, and patching cycles.

    • Map intricate dependencies across technical teams, system components, and external system interactions.

    Analytical, Solution-Oriented, & Innovative Mindset

    • Conduct detailed "what-if" analyses to evaluate alternative paths, assess impacts, and recommend recoveries or optimizations.

    • Identify schedule deviations and propose creative, data-driven solutions to maintain project momentum.
