You will oversee key activities such as make versus buy decisions, pricing strategy, and supplier negotiations, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage financial performance, support earned value activities, and coordinate logistics and production planning to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives. • Lead supplier negotiations, including claims and requests for adjustments
    • Establish logistics, capacity, and supplier base strategies to support program and technology requirements
    • Ensure accurate financial execution, including cost estimates, estimates at completion, and support for program reviews and gate activities
    • Partner with Business Development and enterprise teams to support early program planning and strategic sourcing initiatives
    • Define material requirements including lead times, critical path, and bill of material planning to support program execution

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Demonstrated experience managing suppliers or subcontracts within a complex program environment
    • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers to support program execution
    • Experience across supply chain functions such as procurement, material planning, production control, logistics, cost estimating, or finance

    • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is preferred
    • Experience with SAP, Ariba, Kinaxis, or similar supply chain and planning systems
    • Experience with Earned Value Management or program financial management, including performance metrics and cost tracking
    • Technical knowledge of circuit card assemblies and related manufacturing processes, including assembly, integration, and test
    • Experience supporting development programs or transition to production, including material strategy and make versus buy decisions
    • Experience with international sourcing, subcontract management, or global business operations, including direct commercial or foreign military sales
    • Knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition regulations such as FAR and DFARS
    • Experience working within an Integrated Product Team environment and leading or influencing cross functional teams
    • Experience supporting supplier statements of work, translating customer requirements, and managing supplier performance
