    Essential Job Functions:

    Strategic Advisory & Portfolio Leadership

    • Lead and manage multiple concurrent advisory and special projects (typically 2+), delivering high-quality, executive-ready outcomes with minimal oversight.
    • Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized IA Advisory initiatives aligned to business goals and measurable value creation.
    • Proactively identify and pursue advisory opportunities that improve decision-making, enhance controls, and reduce enterprise risk exposure.
    • Evaluate risks and implications beyond individual projects, considering enterprise-wide and program-level impacts.
    • Deconstruct complex business challenges to identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions.

    Executive Enablement & Operating Cadence

    • Support senior leadership in managing a dynamic portfolio of priorities by establishing structure, tracking progress, and driving accountability.
    • Synthesize inputs across initiatives to provide clear, actionable insights that enhance decision-making.
    • Identify interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across initiatives; elevate issues and recommend actions.
    • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and executed.
    • Standardize how initiatives are planned, tracked, and communicated to improve execution effectiveness and transparency.

    Enterprise Risk & Business Integration

    • Align IA Advisory engagements to strategic business objectives, ensuring risk management enables performance.
    • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy expectations.
    • Develop forward-looking perspectives on enterprise risk, connecting insights from engagements to broader organizational implications.
    • Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to improve decision quality and risk visibility.

    Team Leadership & Capability Building

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Identify development opportunities and stretch assignments to enhance team capability and engagement.
    • Dynamically align team resources with evolving priorities and business demands.
    • Guide teams through ambiguity and change while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery excellence.
    • Remove barriers to execution and create an environment where teams can succeed.

    Stakeholder Influence & Communication

    • Serve as a credible subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders and business partners.
    • Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships to advance IA Advisory and enterprise goals.
    • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
    • Act as an ambassador for IA Advisory, clearly articulating its strategic value and business impact.

    Operational Excellence & Governance

    • Lead budgeting and resource planning, ensuring allocation aligns with enterprise priorities and risk profile.
    • Ensure consistent adherence to IA methodologies, governance standards, and Company policies.
    • Drive adoption of IA Advisory operating principles, methodologies, and quality standards.
    • Model leadership behaviors aligned with Company values, integrity expectations, and professional standards.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, enterprise risk, advisory, or related strategic roles.
    • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.
    • Demonstrated success supporting senior leadership priorities and driving execution discipline.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in ambiguous environments.
    • Experience managing teams, budgets, and multi-project portfolios.
    • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level and board-facing engagement.

    Pay Range:

    $153,000.00 - $191,300.00

    Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
