Associate Presales Solution Engineer | Retail
Join Epicor as a Presales Solution Engineer! The Solution Engineer, Assoc will assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our Epicor Retail POS product in order to close ERP sales opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retail vertical.
Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
30% travel, domestic
What you will likely bring:
Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
Background of success in a sales focused role, ie BDR/SDR, B2C, new business or account management
Experience in the retail or with POS systems
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:
Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
