What to check before applying
Can I work from any state?
Read the residence requirement separately from the license requirement. For example, Spring Health lists both residence and licensure requirements, while Included Health specifies a Kansas license alongside a separate set of residence exclusions.
Are these entry-level healthcare jobs?
Requirements vary: the clinical examples require licenses, Oasis requires coding certification, and Cadence asks for sales or customer service experience. These examples all call for prior relevant experience. Compare mandatory qualifications with preferred experience before deciding whether a role fits your background.
How should I compare compensation?
Check whether pay covers scheduled hours, completed sessions, or an annual salary. Ask about documentation time, cancellations, benefits, and guaranteed hours before comparing offers. Per-session pay needs its own calculation.
Selection and sources
We used Remote Source healthcare inventory and employer careers boards to find candidates, then reviewed the full employer postings linked above. This edition includes nine distinct employers with explicit virtual or remote arrangements and an application path visible at review. Oscar allows occasional meeting travel; the relevant card flags this requirement. We excluded a future-interest listing and a role requiring office space for client visits.
Selection reflects the evidence available for these examples. It covers clinical care and healthcare operations, with no employer ranking or claim of complete market coverage. Where a posting leaves residence eligibility unclear, we identify the question to confirm. The examples document past hiring requirements; check current openings before applying.
