    What you will do
  1. During a Maternity Coverage (May- December 2026), act as the main EMEA point of reference for HR and to the US HR Leadership Team
  2. Support the employee lifecycle by working collaboratively with HR Team functions and systems to support Onboarding, Off boarding, Global Mobility, Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement and Experience
  3. Build HR reports and analytics for HR management to understand workforce dynamics and make informed decisions.
  4. Work with legal counsel and HR management to create policies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and industry standards across EMEA countries
  5. Collaborate with the global compensation and benefits team to ensure the accurate administration of compensation, payroll and benefits programs.
  6. Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans.

  8. What you will bring with you
  9. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  10. Experience as Senior HRBP or similar role, exposure to EMEA regions.
  11. Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.
  12. Proficiency in HR software and applications.
  13. We require fluency in English, and we consider knowledge of other languages spoken in the EMEA region.
  14. 4+ years of experience working in an HRBP and 1+ year of experience as people manager
