    • Guide analysts in producing recurring, ad‑hoc, and project‑based reports aligned to approved data sources and standards.

    Lead Through Partnership and Influence

    • Serve as a trusted escalation point for complex reporting needs, collaborating with Senior Client Data Analysts to resolve challenges.
    • Represent the Client Data & Reporting team in market and regional sales operations discussions.
    • Translate business questions into clear analytics requirements that support application development and reporting solutions.

    Strengthen Data Strategy and Quality

    • Lead process improvements that reduce manual effort, increase standardization, and improve turnaround time.
    • Identify automation opportunities and partner with matrix teams to implement sustainable solutions.
    • Maintain clear, accessible documentation and standard operating procedures.

    Develop and Inspire the Team

    • Coach and develop Client Data Analysts and Senior Client Data Analysts through ongoing feedback and support.
    • Reinforce a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration aligned with SRC operating principles.
    • Support training efforts to build consistent tool usage and reporting excellence.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
