    About the Position
    The Enrollment Specialist creates a memorable onboarding experience for our new patients enrolling in Vivo Care’s Home Monitoring Program(s). The Enrollment Specialist educates all of our new patients about the Vivo Care program(s) and how it will positively impact their quality of life. They also teach our new patients how to use our medical devices, such as a blood pressure machine, pulse ox, and weight scale.

    Duration: 90-day contract with the potential for extension.
    Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday–Friday

    What You Will Be Doing:
  1. Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to enroll patients in the program(s)
  2. Educating patients on the importance of remote patient monitoring and chronic care management
  3. Guide patients in the setup of their new medical devices over the phone
  4. Investigate equipment problems, troubleshoot, and provide a resolution
  5. Provide an exceptional patient experience
  6. Work with Enrollment Manager to achieve company objective
  7. What We are Looking For:
  8. Phone or Call Center experience required
  9. Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
  10. Medical Assistant required
  11. Technical aptitude to pass our typing and computer literacy test
  12. You are internally driven, motivated to prove yourself, and want to see your contributions make a real impact in people's lives
  13. You are also comfortable communicating with patients over the phone, overcoming objections, and have good problem-solving skills
  14. Patience and exceptional listening skills

  19. Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  20. Equipment Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have your own equipment that meets the following minimum standards:
  21. Internet Connection: Hard-wired (Ethernet) connection with at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed to support clear calls, video meetings, and multiple programs running simultaneously.
  22. Computer/Laptop: Personal device with at least an Intel i5 (10th Gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) processor, 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), and the ability to efficiently run multiple applications at once.
  23. Headset: Noise-canceling headset with microphone for professional call quality.
  24. Monitor: A secondary monitor (in addition to your main screen) to support multitasking and efficient workflow.
